Our Vision

In 2019, the 35th anniversary of our founding, we redefined our management philosophy as a team.
We grew from 8 employees in 2019 to 25 in 2024, continuously expanding our business and striving to receive「I'm glad」feedback from our clients.

We believe job satisfaction arises where the "corporate philosophy" aligns with an individual's "aspirations" and "values".

Crafting Solutions

As long as it's "through IT", our business is open to anything.
We do not outsource or send our employees to clients' sites.
We conduct both commissioned and in-house development, fostering a growth environment with colleagues and pursuing personal life goals as well.

Software Development

We streamline our clients' operations by implementing systems such as customer management systems and contract management systems. This enables automation of tasks, centralized data management, and supports reduced workload and improved accuracy in business processes.
This is currently our core business.

YOSHIDA

5th Year

Bachelor's Degree (Literature)

Joined the company as a system engineer with no prior experience.
With an interest in web design before joining, he earned certifications to apply this knowledge to his work.
Later, he developed an interest in cloud technologies and tackled the challenging field of Azure, obtaining certification driven by curiosity and a passion for new challenges. Using the knowledge gained from these certifications, he primarily works on backend development. Currently involved in a project using AWS.
Highly trusted by clients, relied upon for a wide range of tasks, from technical support to business efficiency improvements.

NAKAMURA

5th Year

Associate Degree (Faculty of Informatics)

Joined the company as a system engineer.
Applying the knowledge gained from his studies in information technology, he worked on both backend and frontend development of the company's attendance management system from the beginning. His high technical skills were recognized, and he is now active as a backend engineer involved in the redevelopment of large-scale business systems.
Entrusted with important tasks, he also provides technical guidance to junior colleagues, becoming a trusted figure among employees.

Introduction of the Mentor System

New hires are always paired with a mentor, typically a senior colleague of a similar age, so they can feel comfortable asking questions and receiving guidance.
Even if there is something they don't understand, they can easily and confidently ask for help.
The environment is also open for consultations with experienced employees, allowing new hires to receive advice based on specialized knowledge and rich experience.

Comprehensive Curriculum

Even if you have no experience in IT, we will carefully teach you the basics of IT. We also support obtaining the IT Passport certification alongside training, allowing you to maintain motivation throughout the process.
Depending on your skills, you can also challenge yourself with certifications like Fundamental Information Technology Engineer or Applied Information Technology Engineer. We support certification acquisition by covering the cost of purchasing study materials.

Cloud Adoption

Pre-Employment Training for Job Offer Holders: Whether you have experience or not, if you wish, we can provide training before you officially join the company. This can be done either online or in-person, and you can learn IT basics and programming languages through lectures or online learning platforms.
※Participation in training will be compensated.
